The first one is to schedule your FREE private 1-on-1 in person or online with me. I’m going to lead the process, you’re going to find out what your limits mean, and what you are stuck and how to get unstuck. This is a great opportunity to see what it would be like to work with me as your Life Coach & Health Coach. The second one is to schedule a 14-day reset cleanse. This is a great option for people who are interested on taking the first steps on having healthy boundaries and regain self-respect and healthy interactions with people who genuinely care about them while discovering and recognizing that their comfort and safety are just as important as anyone else’s. The third one is to schedule a 21-day Transformational Coaching Program. This is a great option for people who are interested on the do-it-yourself client who will take the information I give them and run with it. Subsequently, it is also great for clients who have time restrictions for example: they need to travel for work. The last one is to schedule a 90-day Transformational Coaching Program. When I work with clients one-to-one or in-group, we are able to dive much deeper into WHY they may be engaging in tolerating disrespect not just from others but from my clients too, and together we can work to understand and address the root cause. Most often, what we find is that another area of their life is calling out to be nourished.
